We start with your ideas, priorities and budget, getting clear on what you want before preparing your project quote.
Concept Plans & Selections
Your concept plans and drawings come together first, followed by colours, materials and finishes that give the home its character.

Contract & Developer Approval
Once the details are settled, we finalise your building contract and move through developer approval where it’s required.
Building Permit
We prepare the permit pack and work with the building surveyor to get everything approved and ready for construction.

Construction & Inspections
Construction progresses through base, frame, lock-up, fixing and completion, with building surveyor inspections carried out at required stages.
Private Inspections
Prefer another set of eyes? You’re welcome to engage an independent private inspector for additional checks throughout the construction process.
